Opening times:
Every second Tuesday of the month: 1pm - 9pm
Cost of Osteopathy and Acupuncture:
Continuing treatment £58
New patient £60
Payment:
Payment is due after each appointment and can be settled by card, cash or mobile banking.
Insurance and intermediaries
We do not accept work directly from insurance or any form of third party. We work for the patient directly and can provide payment receipts via email for the patient to claim directly. It is the patients responsibility to check if their insurer will cover treatment.
Appointment Cancellations
Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate it!
Cancellation Charges
If you have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we’ll need to charge scheduled service cost.
No-Shows
If you can’t make it to your appointment and forget to let us know, we’ll need to charge 100% of the service cost. If this happens often, we kindly ask for a prepayment for your future appointments. We love to keep things fair for everyone, so please understand that we reserve the right to gently decline appointment requests after repeated cancellations or no shows.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we have to shorten your service or reschedule it. If we need to reschedule, those cancellation fees might apply.
Emergencies & Flexibility
Life can be a bit unpredictable, and we totally understand! If an emergency comes up and you can’t give us 24 hours notice, please reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, just give us a call on 07816 336275 or use our online booking system. Please note you can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before it is due via the email confirmation you would of received if your email is on the system. (all online bookings ask for your email automatically)
Age Restrictions
Anyone 17 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
